We were back at this brilliant venue in Bowdon providing our DJ with live percussion alongside sax, and the dancefloor came alive straight away. It’s always a good sign when guests are up dancing early in the night, and the atmosphere just kept building from there.
One of the best parts of the evening was spotting a few familiar faces on the dancefloor. Over the years we’ve played quite a few weddings and parties around Altrincham and Cheshire, so it’s always great to bump into people we’ve performed for before. It makes the night feel more like a reunion than a gig.
Our DJ + live setup works perfectly for parties like this. The Ugly Duckling is also a fantastic space for parties – stylish, intimate and perfect for a packed dancefloor. The room looked great, the crowd brought loads of energy, and the birthday celebrations were in full swing from start to finish.
