The cost of hiring our DJ and percussion service depends on various factors including travel distance, venue size, performance duration, and any additional equipment needed. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your event specifics.
To secure your date, a 20% deposit is required upon booking. The remainder of the fee is due one week prior to the event, either by direct transfer or in cash on the day.
We are available for events across the UK, primarily based in Sheffield/Manchester, Yorkshire.
We can play at just about any venue you can think of. The DJ service is very flexible so the footprint can be very small or expand up to a larger area.
Our percussion set-up is a combination of real drums and electronic drums. If your venue has a low threshold for volume then we can use solely electronic drums. This means that the volume can be precisely controlled and be as quiet as is needed.
We have a professional sound system which covers an indoor audience up to 200/300 people. We can provide a larger sound system at an additional cost if required. Our lighting rig consists of LED bars and free-standing LED tubes. We can also add moving bars and moving head lights as an optional extra for larger events.
The beauty of a DJ service is that just about any song that you like can be played at your event! We ask for a songlist from every client before each event so that we know what you like and can plan accordingly. You and your guests are also able to request songs on the night.
Yes, Headonist DJ is fully covered with public liability insurance and equipment is PAT tested.
Ideally we need 4m x 3m but it's possible to fit into smaller spaces with a slightly reduced rig.
The DJ service is available as soon as equipment is set up and usually from 7pm until 12am. Live sets can be planned for whatever time suits during the evening and are usually 2x30minutes or 2x45 minutes long. This time covers live mixing and live percussion.
No! In the event of a total emergency, a stand-in of equal ability would be found. To date, this has never had to happen and we intend to keep it that way!
